ozwald rowan voss
basic info;
Name: His full name is Ozwald Rowan Voss; however, he likes to go by Oz. At times, much to his horror, his friends will shorten his name to Ozzie.
Gender: Male
Age: Fourteen
Upper or Lower: Lower class (what's this? a ciel fc who isn't in the upper class? what is the world coming to?)
Birth date: October 31st
looks;
Height: Five feet one inch
Weight: Eighty pounds even
Weapon?: His dog goes everywhere he goes. Is that considered a weapon? Heh.
Appearance:
Ozwald has a rather petite, feminine form that often times gets him confused for a girl at first glance, and you would think that he didn't have a single muscle on him. Actually, his muscles are just very small. Either way, he isn't built to heavy lifting. Due to verys small portions for food, he is underweight, and you can faintly see his ribcage. His skin is as pale as it can get without being considered 'white' or unhealthy. His short, blueish-black hair frames his face, falling just barely past his ears. The boy's eyes are as blue as the ocean; however, he is blind in his right eye, thus the eye patch he wears.
Oz wears two different types of eye patches. The first one is black and has only one strap keeping it on his head. He only wears this one during formal events. The other eye patch is white and looks more like what you could get from a hospital. He wears this eye patch for everyday life. The boy doesn't care much for what he wears, and his normal attire is often times just the usual hand-me-downs from his older brother and his father.
acting;
Sexuality: Bisexual, though he tends to lean more toward men since they aren't 'weak' in his point of view.
Occupation?: Like all others his age, he goes to school; however, he also works as an errand boy part time to help support his family.
Personality:
Normally -- A generally calm boy, it actually doesn't take much to irritate him. A simple insult to him, his family, or someone he knows can send him into a rage. Of course, he tries his best to keep any anger inside as to not upset anyone. He keeps on this mask of 'I can take care of myself' when in front of strangers and those who fuss over him. When his mother says her goodbyes when he leaves to take his siblings and himself to school, he often just grumbles out a response and leaves.
With those he likes -- It takes a lot to open this boy up. If you are someone he actually likes, he will actually warm up to you quickly and tell you any problems. Or even his feelings, though that is another story I will not bore you with. To those he trusts and likes, Ozwald can actually become open, friendly, and even act as thought he cares.
Other information -- Ozwald absolutely will not leave the house, willingly, without his English Mastweiler, Wolfgang. Ozzie absolutely loves sweets, especially cakes. Whenever his mother is able to make a cake, he savores it and, sometimes, even saves it, as if he will wake up one day and it would be gone. Speaking of 'gone', Oz actually has abandonment issues. His mind is set on his father has left his mother and siblings to fend for themselves while he is off having the time of his life. This is why, if someone stands him up for something or was very late, he thinks that they don't actually care for him. This often times lead him to acting cold and uncaring when he next sees them. On the inside, however, he's actually a sobbing mess of emotions.
life;
Parents?:
Clause Voss - male - 45 - sailor - rarely home
Belle Voss - female - 40 - waitress
Siblings?:
Adolf Voss - male - 16 - dropped out of school - works odd jobs
Cara Voss - female - 10 - school
Elyse Voss - female - 6 - school
Greta Voss - female - 4 - school
Pets?:
Wolfgang Voss - Wolfgang holds a special bond with the Voss family, though this brute seems more attached to Oz than the others. He is only three years old, and he is a mix between a Rottweiler and an English Mastiff. This English Mastweiler is huge, and his short coat is mainly black with cream paws and underbelly. His eyes are brown. Oz brings him everywhere, for both protection and companionship.
Lala Voss - Lala is a more stay-at-home dog, unlike Wolfgang. She is five year old and a mix between a Japanese Chin and a Papillon, thus making her a Japillon. A rather small and fluffy dog, Lala is completely white with large brown eyes. She has a strong connection with the family, and she absolutely hates strangers. Her bark is loud and high pitched, but it is enough to startle intruders.
History:
Ozwald was born into Kincho Village as the second child of five children. As a child, he was very close to his older brother, Adolf, and he would always cling to his side when anyone visited the house. Yes, folks, he was shy as a child. His family was poor from the start, yet their house looked pretty decent. It was a single story with only a total of five rooms--the kitchen, a shared bathroom, the master bedroom, the living room, and the room he shared with his brother. The room they shared was actually pretty large, and it's purpose was to hold all the kids in the household. When he was four, his mother gave birth to his first little sister, Cara.
It was pretty weird having a girl (once she was old enough for her own bed) sleep in the same room as them, but they grew use to it. A few years after that, their mother gave birth to another baby girl. Her name was Elizabeth, but they always called her Elyse. Around this time, they also found a little stray puppy and took her in.
Now, I must remind you that, at the current time of the roleplay, Oz absolutely hates his father. The situation was much different as a child, however. He use to love his father, and they spent a lot of time together. However, after the birth of his youngest baby sister, Greta, his father just left, without a word. Ozwald took his 'vanishing act' the worst, and his views on the man instantly changed.
Two and a half years after the disappearance of his father, he found an injured stray mutt--an English Mastiff and Rottweiler mix. He instantly took the pup in and nursed him back to health. The canine and him had a forever bond from that day on, and Ozwald even took to bringing the huge dog wherever he went. Now, at fourteen years old, the boy works as an errand boy (and dog, if you count Wolfgang) on the side of going to school.
